Refunds

Refunds are offered under the following conditions:
 
1) If on check-in the Guest is not completely satisfied with our accommodation and wishes to checkout because we are not able to offer any service that has been advertised a refund is given less any processing fees.

2) If after more than one day the Guest is not completely satisfied with our accommodation and wishes to checkout because we are not able to offer any service that has been advertised a refund is given only for one night less any processing fees.

Cancellations

1) If cancellation is 4 - 7 days before requested arrival date there is a cancellation fee of one night plus any processing fees.

2) If cancellation is 0 - 3 days before requested arrival date, there is a cancellation fee of the full booking amount plus any processing fees.

3) Cancellations before 7 days will only be charged the credit card      processing and bank fees.
